Re: Starting G1 Restoration
Sorry, got called away on business. So I am back at the cart. Does anyone know what fender flares might fit the G1?

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
After adding ~8" of lift the gas line rubs the frame so you have to cut it back and get a longer fuel line.

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
floor is done and then I chose a rubber diamond plate mat to replace the beat up original
I also cut the angle off the mat holder so my diamond plate didn't stick out. will show pics later I forgot to snap one of the passenger side. |

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
The diamond plate side rails needed to be notched to fit.

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
Still haven't got the positive camber problem fixed. With the lift kit and new shocks that are 1" longer I think I have to drill a hole in the adjust mechanism that came with the lift kit. Any thoughts

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
I don't know how bad the camber is, but I would drive it a while. It will settle a bit, and a degree or two of positive camber is good on a Yamaha!!
Looks good, what you've done tho!! |

Re: Starting G1 Restoration
Got my rear shocks in. They are length adjustable and have a 220kg max load with pressure adjusting. Hope they work
