Yamaha G8 Issues w/ Moving?
I am looking at buying a Yamaha G8 that is having issues with moving. The cart runs fine, and acts like it wants to move but doesn't. I am guessing it is a drive clutch, but want to rule out all possibilities. Is there anything else that it could be? If it is most likely a drive clutch am I better off getting one on here, or buying an aftermarket one off ebay? The ebay one is from Golf Cart King.

On top of this, if it is the clutch, what does it take to install one of these? Any tutorials would be helpful!

I've got a couple of questions before we get into much discussion on the clutch. You said: "The cart runs fine, and acts like it wants to move but doesn't". Does it run one steady speed when you step on the pedal? Or does it "rev up" like a car would if you move the gas pedal up & down? Does the thicker belt move on both of the pulleys it runs over?
