It was fully charged....but i took a break and came back out and the test again....14.5 ish....bouncing a bit but what really got me is after it rand for a few minutes, at idle the battery was reading 14.5 ish but when i rev it up it goes down to loke 12.8....it seems like its all over the place but it does seem to die right after i take it for a good run....
