So i was looking at Voltage Regulators.. I have found 3 so far that say they are for my cart, but with slight differences..

6.5 161
4.8 261
2.6 081

do those number actually mean something? or they just related to the manufacture?

I'm not sure about the number but I'd check your voltage at the battery before throwing parts at it and I'd stick with oem on something like a VR

Ok I did a voltage check after battery fully charge with charger 12.8v
In neutral floored 15.6v
Low speeds dropped to 12.0v

Did an amp test 14.2a is my total draw...
Stereo 1.7a full load
Amp 2.1a full load
Led underbody 0.43a
Headlights 5.2a
Breaklights 3.9a

Ok 15.6 tells us the charging system is working I'd charge the battery and then load test it If you don't have a load tester any local parts store like o Reilly's or someone will load test them for free

Your battery is probably done for, low speeds dropped to 12v = way too much draw or bad battery.

Quick test, turn on lights only and start the cart, if they dim when you crank, bad battery

Headlights do flickerand dim... the Head lights dim when I slow down too..

I thought 14.3amps is a ton of power usage... but I pulled all the fuses to run this test...
