Default Light bar install.

Thinking of installing a narrow light bar on my raised rxv. Looking for thoughts of how and where you guys mounted yours. I’ve searched., but looking for good ideas from the experts. Thinking of this one (to bolster headlights) for increased visibility.

Keep in mind that if you drive your cart on local roads the LED light bar will blind the heck out of people driving towards you.

I took a piece of square aluminum and mounted it above my front axle, between the front wheels and mounted 6 of these Eagle Eye LEDs. I bed-liner sprayed the aluminum and it looks good on the cart.

Here are the LEDs:

Here is the assembled bar:

I don't need a lot of additional visibility as I live in the city and it isn't too far till the next street light. But I absolutely needed people to see me. There is no missing my cart but I don't blind people like some other carts in my area do. This is plenty enough to light a pitch black area for a cart doing 20 mph.

Here is the cart after the 2017 Christmas parade. You can see the light bar between the front wheels. No, the Christmas light in the front doesn't live there full time...
