solenoid is wired correctly and has voltage on both sides

What does that mean?
One side of the Solenoid coil has +48v when the pedal is pressed. The other side always has 0v. If You are measuring +48v on both small posts when you press the pedal, You are missing the negative that comes from the OBC yellow wire. |

that makes sense. i was overthinking things. i had the cart sent out to local repair shop as i do not have time at the moment to work on it and im behind on repairs i will update when i know what the fix was for it. thank you guys for all your help its really appreciated
