2010 48V pres. OBc bypassed but was done incorrectly. Black to negative but they did not do the white/blue wire connect. Just done the white/blue connect now nothing. Been sitting with just the ground connected for 3 weeks. Summit charger says full charge. What do I do ?

Re: bypassed obc now nothing.
Was the cart running before you connected the Blue and White wires?
If so make sure the Tow/Run switch is back ON. if the Tow/Run switch was not turned OFF for the procedure, you likely blew the 15amp ATO main fuse on the harness below the Solenoid. |

Tow/run back on. Reverse "buzzer" works. But nothing. Tried "pumping the go pedal 20 + times still nothing

Re: bypassed obc now nothing.
When just the ground was done, pumping the go pedal multiple times the cart was working. Left the "smart charger " on for 3 weeks. Just did the blue/white (with tow/run off) turned back on nothing.

Re: bypassed obc now nothing.
Look at the MCOR under the floor board, there is 2-pin and a 3-pin connector on it.
Disconnect the 2-pin connector and use a large paper-clip or a solid wire to jump the 2 pins on the harness side. That will by-pass the pedal micro-switch. |

What's your current pack voltage?
Can you post a pic of the white and blue wires you connected at the OBC? Reverse buzzer working I think should mean the controller is not locked out. Did you drop the wires against anything? |

Re: bypassed obc now nothing.
(One wheel jacked up) Get your DVM and place the Black probe on the main pack Neg and then with the key On, cart in Fwd, and Go Pedal depressed far enough to hear the microswitch click in the MCOR, take the Red probe and check to see if you have pack voltage in the following pins at the controller: Pin 5 - Lgt Blue, Pin 6 - Green, Pin 8 - Brown, Pin 9 - Grey, and Pin 10 - Tan.
Post the results for each pin.... |
