I had the resistor driver side hooked up to the wrong lug on the solenoid. Changed it over to the one suggested brake problem is better but cart still starts slow and then accelerates. Still think I have a problem with the brake circuit? Do any of you have any tests I can carry out?

The slow start may just be the way your controller is programed. When I swapped from a Danaher controller programed for the golf course to a Curtis with freedom programing, I noticed a big increase in initial acceleration.

Thank you so much! Cart accelerates like a champ! I will take it out for a longer test run tomorrow and report back.

Guys,

Took the car out for a longer run last night, cart runs well but i still have a slight grinding noise coming from rear axle at slow speed? I check the wheel bearings and everything seems ok with them. This is my first RXV cart so im not sure if this is normal sound which is getting extenuated by the fact the body is off or im missing something.

Thanks in advance!
