Default 2005 Club Car President

Looking for a wiring diagram showing the 48 volt converter down to 12 volts. I think I found it up in the front of the cart. Looks like I am not getting any 12 volt output at the connector.

On most all '05's there was no converter as those carts had a 4x12 setup and CC just tapped off one battery to supply the 12v needs.

If yours was not a 4x12 or you actually have a reducer, then look here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/voltage-reducers and see of any of these are what you see and we will try to help you.

And there was a fuse in the tap harness coming off the battery so if you do have 4x12 setup be sure to check that fuse.

I did go on Dave's site and did find my cart has the reducer under his P/N VOLT-2002. Can someone tell me what the yellow, blue and white wires are used for so that I can then troubleshoot. The output voltage on the red and black wires are zero volts so I suspect I am missing the 48 volts input to the reducer.

It turned out to be a bad crimp going from the 48 volt positive lead into the reducer. Thanks for everyone's help.
