2009 rxv
I have a 2009 RXV. The yellow wire that connects the batteries to converter box is hot when switch is turned to off position. It is discharging the batteries.

Is it the OEM light setup with the OEM converter? That setup was the "exception to the rule" in that year in my own experience. Sure it's factory equipment? What you are seeing might be perfectly normal, but is uncommon setup for that year in my experience.
