Yep, that too. I think I only remember one ITS failure, so they seem to be pretty darned bullet-proof, which is good, since they're expensive (relatively).

It is a series cart and the ITS bay is dry as a bone. The molex connector is gone as well.

Turns out the wires going to the ITS were internally corroded and had higher resistance than normal. So basically the cart would work if the batteries had just come off the charger and were trickling down from 55+v giving a slight voltage increase to overcome the wire resistance. I've run two dedicated wires directly to the ITS and it appears to be working again. Haven't done much testing but this seems to be the magic bullet.
