Missed that. Hard-wiring should correct that, and allow charging. 50% SOC is enough to allow charger to kick in.

Is this new to you cart? Has the charger always worked before?

No, I have had it for ten years, never an issue with the charger.

Based on your readings, we know there is insufficient voltage to close the relay's contacts. If you charger has three wires, the thick ones should be obvious. The thinner one goes to positive. I'd use the cart's charger port as a terminal block, to land the wires. If that works, you can take apart the plug and port and clean them as best as you can. Worst case, you may need all four radsaks.

Finally got back to this! Connected the wires together on the charger block, with the thin red wire from the cart connected to the white (positive). Plugged the charger in, and nothing!

Thanks!

Try the tests cgtech told you to do in post #4 again. Hopefully by hard wiring you'll have the pack voltage inside. Did you check fuse like he asked?

Check the two terminals in the attached pic. Do you have pack voltage? If not, follow these wires to the battery terminals. Do you have a fuse on these wires/terminals?

You can't do any troubleshooting until you get pack voltage inside the charger. This is what closes the relay.

Post #5 I gave you a troubleshooting pdf.

Well folks, I hate to admit this, but the ground wire for the charger was disconnected!
It was tucked under the black box. Thanks for the help y'all, especially you yurtle!

Get them batteries on charge ASAP! Probably wouldn't hurt to do several back to back charges, since they sat at 50% SOC for a while.

Glad you got it working.
