Default Rear end fluid type and capacity

I have a 1988 Marathon and am trying to go through cleaning it up and getting familiar with it.

I recently bought all new batteries for it and replaced the ball joints on the tie rod ends, and steering idler. I also added a 5" lift kit (blocks). And new stock tires and rims.

I removed the axle and motor to clean and paint the springs, and clean the third member/ diff. While I had the rear axle out I removed the fill plug, and laid the axle down to drain the rear end fluid. It smells like heavy gear oil, possibly 75w-90 and there was a little over two quarts.

Since I can't seem to find an owners manual for this cart online, without paying an arm and a leg for it. I am reaching out to this forum for help.

What is the correct weight of oil that is recommended by E-Z-Go to be used and the quantity?

I have read many varied and differing comments, just want to know what the manual says to use. I may go to synthetic.

Thanks in advance for your help.

75w 90 gear oil is fine. That’s all I’ve ever used.
