Default 2010 EZ Go Identification Help

Purchased my first cart last night and it's a little rough. Previous owner has removed the batteries and replaced with three 12v car batteries. Before I start ordering parts, how do I verify which model of cart I have? And also, how do I verify that the cart is 36v vs 48v since both were offered in 2010? I'm assuming 36v since it has three 12v batteries currently hooked up and it does run, just for a very short time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Well, it's rectangular in shape and has two round electrodes. Looking online, both the 36v and 48v have a similar receptacle, with the 48v having a notch in the side. The things is pretty rough, but doesn't look like it has a notch. The charger that came with it is a 36V. But the set up came from a second owner that had purchased it off of a hunting lease, so still not alot of confidence that the right pieces are together.

Is there any other way of knowing? I just don't want to start purchasing parts and find out I bought for the wrong model. All the battery cables need to be replaced, among many other things. Would it actually run if it was 48v and was only hooked up to 36v batteries?

The 36v handle won't plug into the 48v port, so I'd say it's supposed to be 36v
