dcs cart ok last night now no reverse
My 1999 dcs 36v cart was ok last night, today it only goes forward
this one has a large lever switch, it usually will be fwd-net-rev but now if you move it from left to right it's fwd - netural - fwd, all wires seem to be connected and runs great just no reverse |

First thing I would check is the micro switches on the switch where it's on the inside of under seat. Forward of batteries...

The stock DCS controller (Curtis 1206SX) defaults to forward and has to be told to do reverse by placing battery pack voltage on Pin-4 (Orange wire).
The reverse microswitch (passenger side) is a likely suspect. |
