I cannot find the replacement part online for the back ones.
I buy most chassis parts direct from E-Z-GO to make sure they are the right ones. Those small parts are not that expensive. I did have one incident where E-Z-GO sent me the wrong tubes for the bushings that took about 2 months to resolve. Someone had stocked inner A-Arm tubes in the bin that was supposed to be holding the outer A-Arm tubes. The tubes go inside of the bushings. The bolts go through the tubes.

Just so you know, even if you put in new tubes and bushings, they all add slop to the front suspension. They are not tight to the hardware being used through the center of the tubes. For example, the outer tubes are sized for 1/2" bolts, yet E-Z-GO uses 12mm bolts. That gives 7mm of slop in that location alone. They used to have to ream the tubes to fit the 12" bolts exactly (due to hardware manufacturing tolerances) and that slowed down production. Using plastic bushings allows wider tolerances because if tight on the outside, they are easier to press fit than metal bushings. Again, switching to metric bolts on the inside of all tubes speeds up the assembly line. The added suspension slop may be fine for a golf cart at under 20 MPH, but take that suspension to 30 or 40 MPH and you feel it! I was building a 47+ MPH RXV type front suspension, and I was certainly wanting that suspension to be tight and have disc brakes on all 4 wheels.
