Your controller looks like a GE upgrade, and a pretty good one if it is what I think it is (500 amp or larger).
I stand corrected.

I found a schematic for it and the only thing inside other than a power supply is a single relay that is fed from an external source, so it could be hotwired by someone with a wee bit of electrical knowledge that knew nothing about battery charging, or didn't care.

What am I missing here?
It shuts off automatically only if plugged into a Club Car golf cart with the matching OBC,

Someone replaced the output cable and plug with one that fits an EZGO, but even if it does come on, it'll never shut off, so it will destroy the battery pack.

You need a charger, you actually don 't have one.

No. Like the other one, it needs the OBC (On Board Computer) that is located in the Club Car cart to operate correctly.

But did it say where the computer was locate?

In a nutshell, if "Club Car" is mentioned anywhere on the charger, it will not work with an EZGO cart.

I guess I'm just confused about what I actually DO need? Anyone have a picture or description of what I'd need to purchase to make this cart work?? I guess I shouldn't have got this cart as electricity is not my strong suit in the first place.
