Default motor

Finally finished putting new brushes on motor (36 volt EZ GO); tested it and worked fine, making humming sound and seemed normal. Mounted motor and runs @ normal speed, except that now it makes a higher pitch sound than before fix; no overheat and no problems on the go, plus it seems to run better; the only problem as described-relatively high pitch electrical motor humming noise. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Most High Speed motors are going to "whine" due to the higher RPM the armature is turning......

how was the bearing in the rear of the motor?

Yes these motors do make a "whining" noise.

The bearing rolling unobstructed.
The roads like Golf Courses - no problem there..
But whining definitely!
I just can't think the cause of the problem;
Any other ideas appreciated...

have you checked your diff fluid. It may not be a bad idea to change the fluid and see if it changes tone.
