Default Ezgo charger won't charge

My charger won't charge and I have all new batts? I have had to charge them with a regular 12 charger 2 at a time to keep machine working. Am on Kauai and no one here knows how to fix. Need to know how to diagnose problem. Chargeer worked before I put new batts in. Batts all installed correctly.thanks for help

Next problem is that I'm old and don't get this format or how exactlynto use it??? Old age does that! Also am using iPad which is very very slow here for some reason so it takes forever to download a page. Too old to buy green bananas so hate waiting for slow downloads! Cart used for transportation not golf.

Charger is PowerWise model of Textron if thwt makes a difference. It makes no hum and acts like it has no power to it but does. Must have relay, or fuse or something burned out but don't know where to start to check it.

He said it worked before he put in new Batts. Did you get all the wires installed correctly?

I believe that all the batts are wired correctly with pos to neg and voltage checks out at batt PAC. 36.5 v at receptacle and at PAC ends. Yes I have checked out the ac supply and it is hot as that is the same plug I use for my 12 charger that I have to use as things are now.
