Thanks for the info. I will take a look. I think I got 2 or 3 springs. Can you just add a plate of 2" wide metal as an extra spring or does it really need to be the springy steel.

It really needs to be the springy stuff. The other stuff just bends and stays that way.

Actually have 2 carts right now; the CC is an 89 that I did the frame up deal with in 2004. Call it the Ryan Newman cart in the album section. Nice cart, just not the easist to haul around in the back of the truck with the car hood nose section.

That leads to the excuse I gave my wife that I needed to build another cart which is 2007 EZgo PDS. Don't think I am going to lift this one as it will spend 80% of the time on pavement on fairly level roads. I do though want to put the tallest low profiles I can get on it. Already bought controller, cables, charger from Scotty and in the process of upgrading 36 to 48V, adding lights, stereo yada yada.

Guess I'll have to update my profile.

I've been told you are getting tight after 21" for overall height. 22" will tick the fenders on tight turns with heavy loads is reportedly the issue.

Just installed a set of 4-leaf springs (the HD set). It was surprisingly easy to swap out. The new springs are definitely stiffer!

I may have to get a pair of those. The rear seat is going to be my first mod.
