Re: Headlights blown out
IF the ground wire fell off, the voltage reducer would not be working. :)
Maybe that's the problem? Nah, that can't be it. If the voltage reducer wasn't grounded none of the lights would work at all. Never mind. T |

Re: Headlights blown out
Makes sense. Wonder why I only see a yellow wire coming off any of the battaries, but will have to trace to where it goes. Hope to find a reducer at the end. Won't be back until Oct.
Good luck with the weather. |

Re: Headlights blown out
1 more ? I see I can purchase a 48 to 12 volt 10 amp. Reducer for 24.00 on amazon. Is there a difference?? I do NOT like to spend more if less will do, but I do not want to buy 2 for 1 either.
Thanks to all for your valuable feedback. As a new owner and a do it yourselfer, I will have many more questions. |

Re: Headlights blown out
The taillights on my cart use led's maybe they can handle the extra voltage, depending on your battery system, maybe your lights are wired to no.2 battery 8v ie 16v or no.3 6v system ie 18v that would explain if there is no reducer fitted.
