Cart won't move unless solenoid contacts are closed, so the cart will stop if solenoid drops out while moving.

Put controller into diagnostic mode and listen for the beep codes while driving.
Text at bottom of attached label tells you how to put into diagnostic mode.

The reverse buzzer is behind the key switch panel, maybe some one unplugged it

The first set of beeps when in goes into the diagnostic mode tells you what PDS performance more the controller is in. See attached.

Two beeps = Steep Hill mode.

Do you get rapid beeping and regen braking when solenoid drops out?

--------------
You might have a dirty connection in one of the plugs.

Flip Run/Tow to Tow before disconnecting or reconnecting anything.

Clean all plugs, don't forget the in-line ones that connect the pedal box to the wiring harness and the reed switch to the harness.
