Just saw the pics... I see the 6 o'clock lug has gotten hot and sunk in the plastic housing just enough to compromise the contact with the Switch cam lugs. Here is a continuity test.

Take a look at the routing of the green wire coming from the front of the cart. It looks like it might be pinched under the F/R assembly and the chassis. Shot in the dark here.

Wow - I did not see that. Great catch. The insulation was mangled and open. I am sure it shorted out. Thanks so much.

So I pulled the FR switch and it tested good. Some of the wires look like they got hot.

They are 6 G wires. What should I use and is their a kit available or do I cut them to length?
