Broken tooth g16 camshaft
Ever run with a tooth missing from camshaft gear? ISO stock g16 camshaft. I was getting everything ready to go for reassembly of my budget rebuild of g16. last two items to wash clean were balancer and camshaft. I was blowing everything dry when I noticed a tooth missing on the camshaft. It will engage the crank gear, just wondered if anyone ever ran one that way?

Re: Broken tooth g16 camshaft
I believe G22 & Drive cam would also work. Those cams were designed for the larger 357 motor, not sure if the lift is different, but the general engine design is the same.
