Default well I've done it now, broke my g16 flywheel....

So I removed the engine from my cart today and started stripping the engine down in prep for a much needed rebuild and to make a long story short.
I broke the flywheel while trying to remove it from the crank with a 3 jaw puller. Yamaha calls it a JN6-85650-00-00 rotor assembly. Thinking maybe this is where I give up on the rebuild and swap in another motor. I know I can finish removing whats left of the flywheel and proceed with the rebuild but..
$70+ shipping is a little much before I even improve the motor any...suggestions?
