There's s couple on Amazon with good reviews for under $30. Worth it? This is for a G1

I can only speak for myself, I've cleaned/rebuilt tons of carbs. If the throttle shaft is worn loose (or some part of the carb is physically broken) you may need to buy one. Other than that I've never had a need to buy a new carb and think the stock yamaha carbs are very high quality and just need cleaning mostly. If you are really lazy or not into wrenching or very time limited or have no shop to work on the cart, then sure its easier to just buy one for $30 and that may be the best solution for some people. $30 is cheap for a carb, if anything check ratings to make sure it works properly.

It's this one
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0077...RLL&ref=plSrch
I ordered it. $24 we will see if it makes a difference. If it's the same then I'm out $24 no big deal.

Sometime you get what you pay for but then again it may just work fine. Just be mindful of how it's running. Don't wanna trash your engine if the carb isn't functioning properly. Keep us updated

Yeah the reviews were good and I figured if anything I can slap it on while I rebuild mine. I think I'm also going to buy a new muffler.

Just canceled it. Don't want to take any chances with it.
