All solenoids are brand new from Club Car...so they had better be working!

**UPDATE

I replaced the battery cables with 4ga wiring to all batteries, F-R switch and motor.

Slightly better going forward, but nothing to write home about.

-Depress the accelerator pedal and it will only respond til about half pedal then it completely dies off. All microswitches are new and activating

-Reverse is still useless. Barely creeps in reverse on a smooth, flat surface

Guess everyone was stumped as i was....


Well, I figured it out with the assistance of a friend. The signal wire was installed incorrectly by the previous owner which explained the lack of power, it was only clicking on one solenoid.

All the wiring diagrams i looked at lacked detail in this area (go figure) so it came down to process of elimination and the problem showed itself.

Now it runs like a champ and has ALL the power that it should (for a 36v).

Hopefully my experience will help someone else in the future!

That's why I was trying to get you to check that all solenoids were working correctly. Glad you got it going.

Now you may be able to help someone else at a later time with the same problem.
