Default New Admiral B2 "high speed" motor installed- no faster

I just finished installing a new motor, lift kit, and 23" tires, and my cart is no faster than before.
Last year, I installed a 400 amp alltrax XCT, 2 ga. wires, and 7 new batteries (I upgraded to 42v). At that time, for the money I spent, I was disappointed to have only increased from 18mph to 20mph.
Now, with the motor and tires I only got about another 3mph. Anybody have any ideas? I have screenshots of controller settings and monitor page while out driving. The motor is only reaching about 4400rpm. (Limit set at 6K).

I read some old threads from JohnnieB saying that going from 36v to 42v and adding the 400 amp alltrax should have yielded around 29mph last year... I never got even close.

If I don't start seeing results, my wife is going to stop letting me spend the money!

Sorry, I don't have any help for you but I will tell you that I have the same cart you have and it will do 24-25 mph on 36V with the stock PDS motor. You should definitely be faster than 20 mph. Check your brakes to see if they are dragging. Just try to push it and see how easy it rolls.

I checked the brakes already. I actually just installed a brand new rear end (ClubCar conversion for EZGO). Between the new rear and the lift kit, I had to adjust the brakes a little. At first, they were actually too loose.

What RPM is your stock motor turning to do 25mph? I could never get it to turn faster than around 4000. I'm thinking there is something wrong with my controller settings that's not allowing the motor to get full power.

Hoping someone can help!

I have no idea on rpms. I can’t access the alltrax software because MacBook doesn’t support it apparently. Yeah it sounds like a setting in the controller

What is the battery pack voltage at a stand still and again at full throttle?

Pack voltage (measured at the dash voltmeter) was 44.7 after charge. On initial throttle, it drops to about 40-41.

Turn the speed limit off. If your speed increases it was the controller settings holding you back. Also turn turbo on, do you have the correct field map?
