Default any way to bench test OBC?

2000 carry all.My ObC has part #Lester 21065.has 3 conductor duetch/weatherpac type connector red/yellow/brown.thanks

i tryed testing the blue/red wires that go to relay monted on floor of charger with VOM.no batt voltage there when plugging charger into wall.this unit has an onboard charger tha is hard-wired to OBC and 48v contactor

Without being Lester, I am not sure of any way you could properly check all facets of the OBC. I mean it has algorithms, charger controls, disabling functions, maintenance timers, etc. etc. so without being the OEM, I just don't know how you could check all that. It is kinda like scottyb said above....

Bypass it, toss it in the bin (you probably have it out of the cart already) and buy a new smart charger (rather than putting any money to a new OBC).

I'll bet you can get a new DPI charger for around the same price as a new OBC. And you'll maintain your batteries better to boot!

I helped another member a while back with an onboard setup, maybe this will help verify the issue is the OBC and not the charger itself:
