95 Medalist rear end vibration
I picked up a 95 medalist the other day for what I thought was a good deal but I got it up and going but the rear end or motor is making noise.I have the back of cart on jack stands in the air and when I hit the go pedal slightly something in the rear end is vibrating...when I mash the pedal to the floor it goes away...but when I let off the pedal it comes back until the rear tires stop.Took the rear tires off and its not as pronounced but still there...Any suggestions on where to start?Thx

Re: 95 Medalist rear end vibration
I had the same issue after I changed the diff fluid however once I dropped the rear wheels back on the ground the noise went away
Others on here would know better but it might have something to do with how the gears mesh when the rear end is suspended and no weight on the axles at the tires. |
