Default Alltrex XTC install question

Hi, I'm upgrading to an Alltrex XTC due to a burned out stock controller, but I have a couple of install issues. My cart is a 2006 Precedent IQ. Serial number starts with PQ-06. I can't account for the stock 4 pin plug and don't see it mentioned anywhere in the Alltrex documentation. Also, there doesn't seem to be any holes that line up either with the controller itself, or the universal adapter that was included with the controller. Very strange, but I'm about to get some self tapping screws so I thought I would ask here first. Thanks!

The 4 pin plug is for the diagnostic port on the stock controller and is not used with the Alltrax.

I didn’t bother with the mounting plate and just drilled new holes.

Yes, as E36 said, but don't toss that 4-pin connector as you can modify it and use it for your own mode switch....

Thanks guys, really puts my mind at ease, I just wish they had informed me of that in the install documentation.

What vehicle are you installing it on? The universal adapter is not needed for Club Car applications. Just drill four holes and put some 1/4" bolts in it.
