Low Throttle Under Range?

I’m getting this error from my SR-48500. Cart was running fine and then left me stranded. I searched with plenty of results for other brands of carts but not Yamaha. I don't even know where to start. I have 51.3 pack voltage, solenoid and reversing contactor are clicking when pedal is pressed and I’m getting voltage at A1 and A2 on the motor when the papal is pressed. Brand new batteries and brand new motor. The throttle is verified as 0-1k and matches the five green flashes from the controller. Any help is appreciated.

Alltrax said I need to re-verify I have 0-1k from the throttle. If that is good then I need to disconnect the B+ from the controller for 20 mins to reset the auto cal. If that doesn't work then my controller is bad and they will begin the return process for me so they can test and possibly replace my controller.

Wow that's crazy it happened so suddenly. Let us know what comes of this.

Make sure your throttle is set to 0-1k in the toolkit and clear Auto-cal as well.

That is a 3 wire throttle, make sure all 3 wires are properly connected, including the one on B-.

Can you connect a laptop and view the throttle input progress bar in the monitor?
This is your best tool for diagnostics on this one.

I sure will. If it ramps up and down on the status bar then my throttle is good?

Exactly - throttle signal testing doesn't get any easier than that

I want to say I did this the night my cart quit on me and it was moving with pedal movement. I will run it again and see what we get. Anybody know how long it takes to get a controller tested at Alltrax and another shipped out? I have an event next weekend and with it being Friday tomorrow I’m thinking I will NOT be up and running.
