The toolkit is in fact showing throttle that matches the pedal being pressed and released. Although I’m getting two green/six red from the controller light, the only errors I get on the monitor page are shutdown and precharge fail that turn from black to blue then red.

What is the voltage on controller B+ before you press the pedal?

49.2, voltage to the KSI input is the same.

What if I’m reading these flashes wrong? 1 green/6 red coincides with the monitor failure. There is a definite green flash after the first five for my throttle then another green immediately followed by six red. I get no reading from my 470 ohm resistor, my 250 that I took off reads 248. I also noted that before the failure the solenoid would click even if the F&R was in the neutral position and AFTER the cart quit it no longer does it. Do I just have a bad solenoid? Would I have power to the reversing contactor if it was bad?

A Precharge failure as well?
So you see 2-6 and 1-6 status codes?
Is the solenoid clicking each time you press the gas and try to go?

Here’s what I see and what matches the failures on the monitor:

Five green (0-1k)
PAUSE
One green
PAUSE
One green/six red
PAUSE
One green
PAUSE
One green/six red
Over and over and over

There is an extra green flash in there followed by a pause then the one green and six red. It does that over and over.

How do I absolutely rule out the solenoid?

Tried to upload a video but no dice. I can text it or post it someplace. It’s 27 seconds.

I’m not 100% on the solenoid as the reversing contactor is loud. Before this failure I could hear the solenoid while in N and now I don’t. Nothing clicks unless in F or R.

Does the solenoid click each time you try to go?
If yes the solenoid may be bad.
ONLY if YES, move one big cable so both big cables are on the same terminal. If the cart moves replace the solenoid.
