Honestly your going to be much better served replacing the entire pack. Pack voltage under 42 volts is indicative of declining batteries and when your batteries are all going below 6.33 or 38 volts its getting to be time to replace in entirety...

Bite the bullet, get a set of Trojans and be done with it. If you do make sure you break them in correctly. Then you should have years of cart rides ahead.

I have seen a set of 10 year old Trojan still running strong, also seen a pack of 2 year "Bargain" batteries last less than 2 years. Buying a new pack is painful however you know what you got.
