serial number look up?

Trying to determine the year and model but can't find this serial number in any
look up tables I have found. Yamaha JC3-004276
closest I have found start with JC2

Which recalls? (Brake cables, accelerator spring, both?)

If you are on the recall list, you can identify if yours are done by looking for 2 paint dots next to your SN sticker. White paint dot for brake cable recall completed, red dot for throttle spring. I cant check "unit status" for your cart, I need to update my link in my phone to the new address.
