guys i really appreciate all the help.

i lied when i said i checked the impulse line. after viewing the chart (thanks to glee) the line a looked at was the fuel outlet.

i will check the impulse line this afternoon for gas( as i was advised to do). im also going to change the oil and filter.

then i plan on taking the carb off and cleaning the needle valve and inspect the float. the fuel pump is in the mail. so after all that i will update everyone on what i have fixed or further messed up. have a good weekend

ok finally got the fuel pump in the mail. i put it on i also pulled the carb to clean it and there was alot of trash in the bowl so i cleaned that out then put it all back together now i fixed the fuel in oil and air box problem but it wont run. im purdy sure its just a bad carb now. im not sure of how to rebuild one so i think im going to just have to buy a new one. where is the best place to get one. i would like to give the business two a vender or supporter of the site if possible. ( ps i tried using the search engine ) next question should i go ahead and buy all new gaskets and what not as well?

Spark? Can you do a compression test or at least thumb over the spark plug hole?
