2004 pds e-z-go
Here is a few updates I have done over the past year.
I installed 17" Miata wheels & tires on it. I had all the struts repowder coated a few weeks ago. Added the rear arm rest drink holder on hinges so the back seat can be flip over. I added LED brake lights also. All the lights are ran through relays. I added the rear disc brakes to it. The single best upgrade yet! I added a 200 watt amp to the radio. I also added a PQ motor with a shaved magnet. This cart has the orignal 04 stock 300 amp controller in it and it runs great @ 25 MPH all day long! |

looking good.
You know you can mount the calipers on top by switching sides with them. Just run your brake cable on top of springs. That how I mount mine. To me it looks better. This is just an idea. |

Re: 2004 pds e-z-go
Curious if you flipped the brakes over with a lift kit like Andy shows? Looks like the leafs might interfere with the cable connection?

Re: 2004 pds e-z-go
looks nice. so those miata wheels just bolt up with no mods? also i can see where you would need extra brakes with those! good work.

Re: 2004 pds e-z-go
Golf cart wheel hubs are 4 on 4 100MM. So any wheel that meets this will work. I had to use spacers to get the wheels out further but it was a cosmatic concern only. With the mud flares they looked to far up in the wheel well! Vega, older pony wheels, mazda, honda's pinto any of the smaller cars just about will work!

Re: 2004 pds e-z-go
Seeing your cart makes me second guess my purchase of chrome 12" wheels......I really like the look of the taller wheels with LP tires....
Oh well, I can always change it over down the road sometime and sell the 12" wheels on Craiglist.... |

What wheels do you have? The wife hates the Miata wheels and want's them off her cart! Maybe we can trade out!
