Shaferz is right. That's exactly where the problem is. That's one of the worst I've seen. And you haven't run into anything? This just slowly developed over time?

well, I decided to buy a new lift kit and just redo the whole thing. The clevis was wallowed out pretty bad which then made the suspension lean and I ended up finding the spindle thrust washers (that go under the clevis) almost completely gone which certainly made the spindle bolts move around in the clevis. The tie rods are shot so i ordered new ones to go with the lift kit. Since I use the cart every day it needs to be done right. Will post some pics when i get the install started. This cart is quite an upgrade from the old resistor Melex I had a few years ago and since i only paid $1000 for it I don't mind putting more cash into it to make it last.
