actually looks like the cables on the batts are 4ga, but the other cables looks smaller.. some mistakenly only replace only the batt cables when on a series cart. all 13 need to be the same gauge when replaced. just do 2ga. and be done with it. you might even feel a seat of the pants boost. i did. congrats on moving again!

Definately do the 2 guage if you are gonna upgrade in my opinion. I just did that, got just a tad more speed but lots more torque along with the 400 amp controller. Have fun, I have enjoyed your thread.

I've got a 99 ez go that I'm gnna swap out to bigger cables. Was thinkin about 4 but might do 2 ga since I've read ur thread. I'm gnna change out everything except the motor for now being I just bought it lol. BTW this thread has helped me out a lot, thanks, john

Added air today but my tires say 5psi
