B- from the control goes to the battery pack main - in your case 48v-

yes a little bit but everytime i hook the fused B- from controller to last open neg. terminal it gives big spark

Triple check you are wired correctly per the diagram or the diagram you got with the kit you got?

Remove the resistor from the solenoid and then tell me what the voltage reading is between controller B+ and B-

There is more than one way to wire this .... but if you follow the diagram I posted it will work. You must put the run tow switch into to tow mode now and switch it to run last after your final connections. Hope this helps.
