Mamas wrong again....Trojans have not slipped they just got a bad wrap from a few of the cheap black batteries produced for Club Cars a few years back...Their T605'2, 105's and such are as good a battery then as they are now...that little slip-up just gave competitors an excuse to dive in on their territory...Not saying Crowns aren't good and US batteries are starting to show up everywhere to...but nobody can knock the largest of the big boys that sells worldwide Now about the 08s being mixed with two new Crowns is where I can tell this guy should stick with U-hauls...you never mix old batteries with new ones...you will kill the new ones very rapidly and wont get a long time out of this...best way is to try and find two used batteries around the same age or replace all at once...

Exactly as camaro said, from what I have learned, you should buy used but good batteries to get you by until it is time to replace them as a set.
