I have tried forward and reverse and the run/tow has been in run. I get no buzzer when I try reverse and there is no power to the key switch or either of the wires that supply readings to the voltage meter.

You may want to check your run/tow switch with a meter to make sure it is good.

Got a wiring diagram off of here and printed it out. First thing I saw that I wanted to check was the 15 amp fuse coming off of the run/tow switch. That was blown and once replaced I am good to go!! Thanks for your input and help!
