Hi

By the way can l replace the speed sensor myself? I have no clue where it is
or how complicated it is.

It is covered under the warranty but l am sure that l have to pay for a service call unless l am wrong about the service call.

Thanks

Hi

I was able to find out how to replace a speed sensor which is not difficult
but l will wait to hear from my dealer.

Seems that l will need a jack to lift the rear and take off the rear wheel to get at the speed sensor.

They seem to cost under $100 but again l saw one on EBay whatever that means.

I am going to check to see if anything came loose.

Kingman they are simple to replace you can access through the back their is a access panel.
I ordered mine off ebay but I did call my local dealer to see what they sold them for and they quoted me $207.

I figured club car must be very proud of them at that price.

Hi

I was able to locate the speed sensor by the rear passenger side. The only
thing that l noticed was that the cylinder ( metal part) had some what of a wiggle.

The pigtail part was connected.

Is there anything else l can check?

Thanks.

Kingman the controller is under the seat and under the box between the batteries.

Make sure before you mess with any wiring you put in tow mode and remove battery terminals.

I found this out the hard way couple years ago I fried my controller .

Kingman, if you are concerned about your warranty maybe you should call for a service, anything you do might nullify your warrantee.
