Default Thinking of upgrades for the 2007 CC

I have a 2007 club car Presedent SN PQ0736
4, 12 volt batteries
right now it has a Rohx 3" spindle lift, with 22" tires. has a fold down rear seat with steal frame.

I live in the country Dirt roads, and the county paved road. I also drive it in the woods on truck trails. Occasionally I go thru a ditch on the side of the paved road.

All off roading is done slow, only time I drive it fast is on the dirt road or paved road.

Right now I can top out on the flat paved road 17 mph, but it ussually runs 16.5 topped out

It seems to have good torque for what I need. but I would like some more speed for getting to town, or over to my cousins farm 3 miles away.

Im looking at getting a 500 amp controller, 2 gauge wires and an executioner plum quick motor.

is there anything else I need for this upgrade?

should I be able to run 25 with this, and still have torque enough to climb the road ditch?

is code 4 needed with these upgrades?

thanks for any info. Im new to the golf cart world.

I know a gas cart would be better, but I like the stealth of electric for hog hunting on the farm.

Rem welcome to BGW

First off I would call Scottyb he is a sponser on this site, I would let him know what you are wanting out of your cart.

You are talking about speed code 4 that is with a stock controller.

I believe you can get close to that speed and also have more torque by going with the 500amp controller and cables but I would call Scottyb he will take care of you.

It all depends how much money you want to dump into your cart it's endless.
