ALLTRaX replaced my controller--NO CHARGE
in august of 2011 I installed a 500 amp controller in my club car precident.
The car ran for 2 whole summers without any problem. Then the beginning of this season the controller broke. Giving me only forward and no reverse.. The blinking light indicated an "open field" in reverse mode. Now i have installed a few controller on other peoples cars in my campground; and have observed alll correct procedures , 1..tow/run switch in tow before and wiring or battery connections 2..Diode across solonoid 3..precharge resistor etc. So when my controller blow i was happy to find out ALLTRAX is honoring the warantee and sending me a NEW ONE. Best of all the new one now has another 2-YEAR WARANTEE Good reason to stick with alltrax controllers so all of you thinking of upgrading or replacing yours ...step back and think of my story in deciding your brand.. This is not an advertisment for alltrax...just one happy camper passing on good news |

My God!!! A company that stands behind their warranty! Good for you! That is certainly a factor in deciding who to buy from!

. . . that's great . . . normally one has to threaten their first born child to get a warranty honored . . . especially so late into the warranty period . . .
