So far, your readings have all been of the total pack voltage. It would be interesting to also see a set of individual battery voltage readings (especially when total pack reads only 36.7 v.). You may very well have one shorted or very weak cell in one of your batteries, causing the total to be low. - RAY

Well that was short lived. The readings were down againn this morning
Initial SOC = 36.1v and took 2 hours to charge
1st charge cycle = 36.7v took 4 hours to charge
2nd charge cycle = 36.7v took 3.5 hours to charge
3rd charge cycle = 36.7v took 4 hours to charge
4th charge cycle = 36.6v took 3 hours to charge
5th charge cycle = 36.6v took 3 hours to charge
6th charge cycle = 36.4v took 1.5 hours to charge
7th charge cycle = 36.5v took 2 hours to charge
8th charge cycle = 37.8V took 2 hours to charge
9th charge cycle = 36.7 took 2 hours to charge

Maybe it is the charger, gotta test that thing in the near future before buying batts
