Default New Battery ?

I put brand new batteries in, Crown cr-235, and chared them yesterday. The charger only ran for 5 hrs. then turned it self off. I had a voltage of 40.3 did not use the cart at all. I just went out to the cart and had a voltage of 38.4 Is this normal?

Landers,
My new Crown batteries seemed to be fully charged when I got them a few weeks ago, the charger ran only a short time and resting voltage after charging is well above the 38.2 "fully charged" reading.

You're in good shape.

I just installed the exact same battery set. They were $99 each. Can I asked what yours cost you? I'd just like to know if I paid a fair price or not.

I would say so, I paid $105 each and that was $15 cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I say a real good deal.

I'm glad I asked. It's a good feeling to think I got a good price, and these guys were only about a half mile from my house.
