Thanks to light of day and some help seeing the colors, yes I'm color blind, I figured it out. Someone had previously cut the red wire coming out of the run/to switch and replaced it with a solid yellow wire. They then made a corresponding splice on the opposite side of the four way connector and then plugged the two together with a blade connection. I don't have the cart running yet but at least I have the connections corrected and power to the controller and other areas. Now I have same reference charge on both sides of solenoid so next is to figure that out. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
