Re: Club Car 48v PowerDrive Charger
Link works but the look up doesn't. Can't pull nothing up.

Re: Club Car 48v PowerDrive Charger
Where would be the best place to order a breaker for a Lester. Ordered a repair kit but it had the wrong breaker in it. Need a (W28-XQ1A-15).
Any ideas? Thanks. |

Re: Club Car 48v PowerDrive Charger
Yes, thanks Jake, The one I have is working but only charging 10 amps. I was going to have one as a spare, so I'll look it up.

Re: Club Car 48v PowerDrive Charger
FYI.... Just because your breaker looks different doesn't mean it's wrong. Club Car used two vendors for these things and you may have simply gotten the other one. As long as it's a 15 Amp breaker it's fine. The only different scenario is with an international charger. You may have received a round button breaker with "RotoTech" written on it. It's fine. You may have also received a Carling Technologies breaker "CTB-B-B-15"... also fine.

Re: Club Car 48v PowerDrive Charger
Good to know. I guess I'm slowly learning. The charger is charging, and it does the job overnight. It is always off with a full charge in the AM, so I am happy with that. One other thing on mine that is different is that it has a three way fuse on the lower left front that had burnt out. I ordered a new one but though it is a three way, and looks the same from the front, it is set up different the way the wires are set up on the back. Any way I just took the old one and fixed it by twisting some solder together and soldering it in place. It hasn't burnt out as of yet.
Good? or Bad? Thanks. |
