Have you tried switching the controller?

I keep thinking that could be my problem..but..after wasting my money on an unneeded OBC I am a little hesitant to buy more parts till I know for sure what the problem is.

Yes I have tried every part except the motor. My friend has the exact same cart. So I've been fortunate to use his parts from his cart.
Just very frustrating.

I totally understand the frustration!!

I am nearing the give up point...I love the quietness of electric...but...this problem has me doubting that I made the right choice..

Seems the one thing you have not checked is the OBC. The negative blue/white wire from the solenoid goes to the OBC which disconnects the neg. when the charger is plugged in (safety feature) If this fails solenoid will not click even if the OBC still works for the charger. Jumper a wire from the solenoid small neg. terminal to the #6 battery Neg or the controller B- and see if you have any action.

Looks like I will be sleeping good tonight after finding the problem with my golf cart. Seems my motor has failed.
After swapping motors from my friends golf cart the cart began to function. Now I will have to save my pennies to get another motor.
Thanks to everyone who tried to help me figure the problem.
